The Mallorcan artist René Mäkelä responded to Ron Barceló's proposal and got to work designing the new limited edition of Ron Barceló Imperial , transmitting with his illustration the values ​​and quality of one of the best rums in the world. For its creation, the artist was not only inspired by the origin of the product, which was born on Caribbean beaches, but also took into account the best time to enjoy it.

René always works on his inspiration for other projects through large-format work. On this occasion he describes on canvas the essence of those moments in life in which one chooses to enjoy the best , those moments in which one decides to enjoy the best experiences because, simply, one deserves it.

The color range chosen by René Mäkelä takes us to the Caribbean beaches of the Dominican Republic , birthplace of the best sugar cane that is used to make Barceló Imperial Rum with craftsmanship and passion. Each of the colors used in the illustration represents a unique element of the origin of Ron Barceló Imperial. The cyan and green tones replicate the hues acquired by the crystalline waters of the Caribbean, the magenta tone represents the color of the Dominican sunsets and the amber tone is the unique color that defines this fine rum.

The limited edition of Barceló Imperial Rum is completed with a collection made up of 4 glasses also designed by the Mallorcan artist. Each of the glasses is signed by René in a fluorescent tone used in the illustration.
